Default rusting subframe and falling off board

Hi,
Please see the photos. It's the driver side.
Could you please tell what I should expect if the board totally fall off at last? I can see stronger bottom steel board with holes through the rusted stuff. Would the rain water go through the holes and into the floor? Or is there a good solution other than let continue rusting?

I almost regret to buy this used car. The odometer is only 120000km.

Thanks!

Cut your losses. Don't put any more money into this vehicle. Maybe you can part it out to get back some of your investment in it.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with others and say you've got a rust bucket there that needs to make a last trip to a junk yard. There's nothing that can be done to save it in that advanced state of deterioration. It's just not safe. If it's running good with no problems, you could try to find another similar car with a bad engine and swap in your engine. Anything to do with the body would only be throwing good money after bad.
Good luck.
