That picture was too small to tell. However, I was able to find another underhood picture of the 2018 Equinox w/2.0L engine. That is the air hose that goes between the outlet of the turbo to the intercooler in front. On all transverse-mounted Ecotec engines, the intake is in the front (facing radiator) and the exhaust is in the rear (facing firewall).

Sorry about the small pic. I don't know why it won't expand.

So that's the outlet of the turbo going into the intercooler . I saw the turbo in the front of the engine so thought the outlet was there. They must have a way of routing the outlet over to the other side??? This set up has me confused! lol
