Default P0200 and p0306

Hello everyone, after picking up my truck from local mechanic, after a no start condition I have a very rough running truck with fuel injector circuit malfunction and cylinder misfire 6. Mechanic replaced engine compartment fuse box. Mechanic also stated he was all over harness looking for no start issue. Using a test light I verified power to driver side white connector pictured. On the passenger side there was no power I could find from the same white connector. Anyone know what the connector in question is called and what my next step should be???
I put in battery, new starter, new plugs and wires. Also truck ran fine until fuse box was replaced just would not start.

Double check the fuse box, connectors and the grounding.
If you don't believe in coincidences, it would have to be a
problem stemming from the fusebox replacement.

Check very carefully for a wiring harness plug which has not been
re-attached.
