Default RearEnd Model 60S and 70S Difference?

Hi, I have a 2007 Chevy Express Van 3500, the rearend (3.73 G80) is humming pretty bad at 258K on it. I found a rearend locally out of a 2004 chevy express van 3500 (3.73 G80), they look similar but, not identical identical. M




y rear 2007 model number is 60S and 2004 rear is a 70S....my question is; will this rear work on my Van? Can't see why not but, before I spend the money any help will be appreciated?
