1975 G20 Upgrade Advice
Hello all!
Been city driving a 1975 G20 van for the past 4 years but looking to make some driving/handling upgrades. Everything is original save for the new headers I put on recently. My goal is to have it be a bit more steady for the highway and improve braking capabilities. Safety is the overall concern as it's just a touring/enjoyment van. No towing/burnouts needed here. Does anyone have advice or experience with this type of renovation? If you don't mind, I'd really appreciate some basic insights so I can choose wisely when picking a shop. I'm located in the Chicago area, so I garage it for most of the winter.
While I have basic car maintenance skills, I don't have the resources or experience to change out major systems.
Thanks!
