Default 1998 3500 Van Spark Plugs

We are trying to replace spark plugs on a 1998 3500 Van but it looks like we need to take the entire exhaust manifold off to get to them. Is there an easier way or are there instructions that someone has a link to for this? It is a Roadtrek conversion van but the engine 'should' be the same without modification.
Thanks

Take off the front tires and the removable splash guard under the fender. You get to the plugs that way from below.

I did it with the tires on, just harder to see what's going on, but doable. Just hold the rubber flap back to see, you should be able to reach them all, they all lean toward the access area. I used a couple long extensions. And don't strip, be sensitive when starting threads.
