Default 2000 3500 express no spark

Hey guys, just picked up 2000 express 3500 with 5.7 litre v8 and can't get spark. I had a mobile mechanic come, he told me needed a new ecu. Replaced with a junkyard ecu with matching numbers and went thru the relearn process, still no spark. Previously i replaced crank position sensor, distributor and cam position sensor, coil and icm. In my tests I've learned I'm not getting power to the crank position sensor. It's a 3 wire sensor, the ground is good but no voltage to sensor. I believe the voltage is supplied by icm, is this correct. Icm checks out when tested at auto parts store. I should also note there seems to be a lack of fuel pressure, when the valve is depressed fuel barely comes out when key is in on position or when cranking. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
