Default 2000 Express 2500 check engine

Can anyone give me any ideas on what to look for?
I have a problem with my 5.0 engine when cold.
No power at all I'm lucky to get out of my driveway, seems like when old ignition wires get wet.
I have replaced the wires, plugs, coil, and temp sensor.
I use scan tool and a code comes up (#4 misfire)
With the engine anylizer installed the short term fuel trim on bank 1 is +3.
Bank 2 is -30. I am quessing that the short term fuel trim on bank 2 is indicating a problem there.
When the engine warms up after 5-10 minutes it runs fine.
I have also heard a click (like a solenoid valve closing and then the engine runs fine)
thanks for any input
