2001 Express corner lights don't exist !

2001 Express corner lights don't exist !
I have a 2001 Express 3500. Believe the grill has been changed therefore the headlight and corner light assemblies are not original. Trying to order new lights has been a nightmare. Every set I look at is the wrong corner light. They all have 2 plastic posts in the middle of the back of the lens as the means to hold it in place. Meanwhile, my corner lights have 2 plastic "fingers" that hold the lens in from the out side edge and a screw to attach it to the grill.
I ve searched every year and can not match the corner lights to order the correct set. What year are my lights ???
