Default 2002 Express LT(5.7/4L60E) tricky problem stalling only on long duration trips

The van drags down revs until bogs and dies. Just started recently and does it only on trips of 2 hours or more when it is hot outside. Feels like a load is dragging it down(sensation similiar to bogging a manual by going 1st gear to 5th or how power drops when the ecm doesn't get a reading from the crank sensor). After it cools for 1.5 hours it drives as normal again, repeat process. No check engine lights. I've recently tracked my transmission temps and noticed they are getting higher than they should(210°-220°). Around town driving/commuting it has no symptoms. The following have been done recently but were not done to resolve this issue:

Crank Position sensor
Mass Airflow sensor
Fuel pump
fuel filter

Go to auto parts and have them check for error code. Or buy one and check for codes when it stalls. You will be buying many parts if you keep guessing...

I haven't tried any parts for this yet, posted here first before. Parts Listed above were for other issues.

Sounds like a fuel issue, injector just barfing gas or a poppet valve broke off or something.....Bummer about no error codes....

Condition still persists. Had to drive it 2.5 hours and 120 miles to get it to bog and die this time. Threw pending low voltage on all 4 O2 sensors this time. Drives like a champ once it cools down and even long distance if it's cool.

Bad cats getting too hot, then not working well? Maybe partially blocked.

I would say run a vacuum gauge on it when it's hot.
Have you done a compression test?

Negative on compression test. It runs like a champ right until this happens. Jasper engine with 4 years and 50,000 on it.

One cat was gutted since this problem started. Cat failed due to a plug wire coming loose last winter. Other seems to be performing normally(no codes and temp increase after the Cat)
