Default 2005 Savana - No Headlights - need diagram

Hi All
I have a 2005 GMC Savana 3500 and both headlights are not working. It has the 2 sealed beam headlight setup.
HEre is what I know.
Switch on - no headlights. When I pull the turn signal lever to activate the high beams, the high beams come on, and the high beam light in the dash comes on, but they immediately go out when I release the switch.
No power at the fuses on either side when I probe with a test light UNLESS the turn lever is pulled and held. Then the fuses have power.
Ive tried switching relays with the wiper relay in the fuse box. No different.
The little LED doesnt light up on the light switch itself
only power to the headlight connector when the turn switch lever is held.

Anybody have a wiring diagram of the headlight circuit they can share? Or ideas?
thanks

Awesome Twscarp!!
This took me 5 min to fix.....and the first 3 were me walking out back to the van!
I knew it had to be a grounding issue.....but didnt know the ground was handled by the BCM. I pulled the dash cover and noticed a harness had come slightly out of its holder in the BCM. Pushed it back in and works 100%!
Thanks!! Saved me hours im sure!!
