Hi Everyone, I purchased an 9 Passenger Extended wheel base 2009 Explorer Conversion van in Ohio a few weeks ago. It came with 20" wheels and passenger vehicle tires.
I scoured the internet for information about wheels and fitment of 17" wheels. No luck anyplace other than here. I was however not finding any info on some 17" wheels I had my eye on.
It seems like the known good setup would be to use 245/70R17 but I just wanted to get the 75s because there are more LT tires available and I figured it would fill the wheel well nicely if it did fit. The wheels are 17" x 7.5 with a 28mm offset.

I have turned left to the stop and right to the stop in regular flat driving and have not had any rubbing issues. As far as I can tell with limited testing the tires fit.

where did you end up getting the rims from?

Locally on FB Marketplace. Another 4 popped up today! I searched for [ (silverado, sierra, yukon, suburban) 2500 17 wheel ] Still looking for another as a spare.

you're lucky you have the 8 lugs. I think 6 lug aren't as common.
