My work van has a bundle of vacuum lines hanging in the passenger footwell.
I want them to go away. The main connection block has 2 rubber like push pins that I assume are of anchoring the block and keep the lines from under foot.
Any advice is welcome.

So I checked it out again and found 3 tape anchor clips with the tape cut.
I re-bundled and taped the clips to the bundle and reinstalled.
I never found anywhere to pin the rubber anchors to so I just tucked the junction blocks into a void next to a vacuum canister/Actuator at the firewall.
They are out of the way now and I am good with that.
I also had to remove the passenger seat to allow my ample posterior to fit in that area. PIA

Now on to excessive wind noise at the doors.
I drive a LOT!!
Rolled over 30k last year.
At Speed 65-85 there is a lot of wind noise in the cabin and it seems to emit from the doors.
I changed the driver door body seal with OEM Seal. No Joy, except door slammin'!!
I guess I'll have to replace the window Tracks?
Any Advice is Welcome.

Wind noise is often difficult because much of it comes down to geometry (you drive a barn) or on some cars they put laminated glass in the side windows. I'm curious if those rain guards would make the wind noise better or worse?
You can put Dynamat or similar on the roof if you remove the headliner. You could also put some on the wheel humps.

What's in the back?
I have the rain visors on mine and it certainly doesn’t help. Lots of wind noise at highway speeds from the top front of the doors. It seems like the doors don’t put much pressure on the seal at that point. Maybe it’s the design that kind of channels wind up along the front edge of the door where it wraps around the windshield pillar. Then it gets caught under the rain gutter at the top, right where the gap is between the door and the body.
Check to make sure the weather stripping around the driver and passenger door is seated properly. I had a spot where it would get slightly out of place where the A pillar meets the roof on the driver door and pushing it back into place reduced the excessive noise by a lot. Glued it into place with weather strip adhesive.
