2018 Chevy Express van violent shake
Holy Crap!!!... I have a 2018 Chevy Express 2500 Explorer van and was on the highway driving approximately 55-65 MPH and when I applied the brakes to slow down for EZ Pass, the whole van started to shake violently and uncontrollably. Once I let my foot off the brake, it stopped shaking. This is the first time this has happend as I drove the van the day before with no issues. It has been doing it ever since. I have it parked now for obvious reasons.....ANY IDEAS? Made appointment with Chevy, but not until Monday.

Does the steering wheel move side to side a bit as it shakes? Warped rotors.
You can drive it with care since it has anti-lock brakes it will counteract if a wheel should grab and lock up.
One of my G-vans the rotors were fine until they got hot and then they would warp, I drove down this steep hill in Virginia that way and the wheel was literally moving back and forth an inch or more at the bottom.

If there is anything loose in the steering or suspension, applying the brakes can bring out a problem that is not apparent when going straight ahead.
A thorough inspection by someone who knows what to check is in order here.
