Default Anyone ever seen anything like this?

Can this be fixed? I've never seen valve stuck open like this. Can I free them up somehow.. lap the valve seats and put it back together?

Geeze what happened.

I think I would be running away from this engine if this photo is any indication of its condition.

That motor is most likely done. It's a sure bet that the cylinder and pistons are in similar shape. It can be fixed, but that means a total rebuild, and a machine shop will be needed.
