Default Beauville problems!

Hey all! I'm new to my 1983 Beauville and new to troubleshooting vans and was hoping someone would know what I'm talking about with this...
When I drive the van over 80km/h, it sounds like something is hitting the side of the van, just above the driver side wheel-well (nothing is hitting the side of the van, don't worry, I checked.) I've checked out everything in the wheel-well and the drivers side of the engine, and nothing is loose...
Anybody had this problem before? Many thanks!

It could be the alignment putting stress on the other parts. Could also be the tie rod is worn or the bushing on the control arm is worn

not really like a vibration sound... it literally sounds like there's a scrap of leather blowing in the wind and hitting the side of the van, except there isn't.

Check for those rubber slash flaps in the wheel wells. I know the express has them. They are held in by push plugs....maybe one is loose.
Also, I had a very bad outer tie rod end worn and when coasting it would rattle. Check your front linkage, and ball joints.
