Default Brake & Steering Problem

Have a 99 Savanna. Replaced leaking power steering pressure line twice & is leaking again. Have the crazy hydraboost system. Steering squeels to let me know it needs fluid. A couple of times, while stopped, the brake pedal pushed back against my foot and then the engine stalled. Now my 97 Chevy Conversion Van has a leaking pressure hose. Do I need to replace the steering pump/master cylinder/vacuum booster completely or is it one of those components? I've heard and read that it is the master cylinder bleeding back through.
