Default Chevrolet express wind and whistling noise

Anybody ever got their Express to be less wind noisy at 65+mph?
Above that speed mines pretty unpleasant. The wind noise coupled with the whistle that's coming from what sounds like the upper parts of the doors is annoying.
So far I've tried
*Resealing the windshield.
*Adding a second set of rubber seals around the doors.
*removing and refitting the mirrors with better seals.
*stuffing towels between the inner and outer wings to stop the airflow
*Sealing the weather strips that go around the side windows
* temporarily Gorilla taping over all panel gaps around the van then road testing.

None of the above has made the slightest bit of difference! It's always exactly the same.

Mines a 2010 1500 conversion van,

Be great to hear if anybody has ever solved this issue?

Is it from the left or right door ?

If from the right door have a passenger trying to locate the area where the whistle come from while driving.
You can be surprised to discover the whistle come from another area that you have suspected.

Could it be the air vent/defrost outlet ? a tree leave stuck in the HVAC blower ?

You mention a coversion van. Any holes thru the firewall or floor not properly sealed ?

my van is just generally loud at high speed. It has the aerodynamics of barn so I never thought much of it. No whistling though. Does it have a high top? Did you try removing the antenna or folding in the mirrors. Are the door strikes adjusted? (doors flush). All the air dams in their proper places?

'16 2500 does that since new (depending on speed & wind direction) 3 times in the first 2 months of ownership I had it back to dealer , The body shop tried to bend the door so it would seal better at the top , 4 years later & I still get pissed at myself . I was happy with my '95 & my '05 , that annoyance is just one reason there probably wont be a fourth GM van
Other wise with $1,300.oo of lizard skin in it , its a nice quiet ride for a tin can
