Chevy Express Cargo Crew or 12 passenger
I Just joined and happy to be part of the group.
I am planning on ordering a Chevy Express 3500 as an alternative to the Silverados I have been leasing. I want the security of an enclosed cargo area to haul mountain bikes, beach gear etc. I am not sure if I should order a 3500 12 passenger van or Cargo crew. I will never need seating for more than 4 people max in the vehicle.
Thanks for any advice you may have.

do you like all the trim and insulation that comes with a passenger van? Rear AC/heat? Windows?
If you get cargo, you'll have to put in your own seats, reinforcement, seatbelts etc. and even then I'm not sure if it'll be legal without airbags.

How are vans registered in your state ?
In California I think if you have a side window it can be registered as a passenger at the lower rate , plus a window in the sliding door will make it nicer if you are sitting in the middle seat ,
