Default console removal - I'm not seeing it

2003 Chevy Express Cargo van.

What other than the tension clamps on the side needs to be loosened?

if you have gotten to the straps that means that you have taken the two nuts off the bottom of the plastic cover then the straps then you have two push sideways on the cover as the seal is really tight and sucked on there sometimes ...note it really helps to remove the passenger seat
