Not mine, just found it while scouring craigslist.
I assume this was just done to convert a passenger van into a work-use vehicle, but man it looks like they spent a lot of effort on it!
They almost could have made it into a luxury vehicle if they would have sanded and stained the wood :-)
Also I thought the pic might be useful for reference, because it pretty clearly shows where all the seating tracks are in the 3500 extended model (at least for the 2009 model year).
