I just noticed today that the Power Lock and the Window Connector is exactly the same. In fact, pulling off the passenger door paneling to remove my prior installed speaker wire and other changes... I accidentally plugged the Power Locks Wire Connector into the Power Windows Switch. Maybe this is what you did. So easy to do. Which is surprising because GM seems to go out our their way to ensure that this connector is not compatible with this part and this year, etc. etc.
