Engine miss after restart

Engine miss after restart
2003 6.0 Liter Express 3500.
I have had this problem for several weeks. When I start and run when the engine is cold there are no problems. Drive a few miles and shut off and restart the engine seems to run on only a few cylinders.
I read out the codes and it shows a miss fire. I changed the drivers side o2 sensor, that made no difference. We have changed the plugs, wires, still the problem is still there.
When it miss fires after the restart all I can do is pull over and let it cool for a few minutes, everything is fine.
I have not checked the coil packs yet.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
