Default Foot Well Clips Needed? Part number anyone!

While I have been freshening up my 2004 Express I had removed the foot-wells to paint. The clips are all rusted and some simply fell apart. I am in search of new clips but can't find them anywhere. Any one have an idea of where I can locate the part number so I may have a chance at finding them online. I had thought I found them but when it came it was it's little sister. I have included a picture. I am looking for the bigger one on the right. Click the link to view pictures.
