Front end noise 2007 express
My 2007 chevy Express makes a weird noise when I turn. Almost sounds like a moaning sound and it vibrates a little too. And it's only when I'm making slow turns like when turning into a parking space or something. Anybody know what this could be?

power steering pump

The serpentine belt squeels. The power steering pump makes a low moan. It's a hydraulic device.
