Question g20 enigma, please help.

I have a 1988 g20 conversion van with a front end issue causing violent shuttering when braking especially down hill. my rotors are not warped, i have installed new ball joints, tie rod ends, and pitman arm. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.

How do you know your rotors are not warped? All of the parts you replaced WILL NOT cause a vibration, especially while braking. If it only happens while breaking the it has to be in the brakes. If it is not your rotor then it is your drums. To be sure find a safe place where you can go 20-30 mph. Slowly apply the parking brake while holding the release (you must hold the release or they will lock up) if you feel it it is the drums.
