Default G2500 Windshield installation

So I looked around for the non glue-in rubber gasket for the full size 73-93 GMC/Chevy van and couldn't find it anywhere, so I'm going with the glue-in, which is what my '85 van had initially before it started leaking from the top. Besides, there's a big crack in the glass too.

I've got a complete molding kit which includes the inner garnish molding and the front reveal molding, which is a T molding.

Question is: When I am gluing in the windshield, when do I add the reveal molding. Does it get glued on when the window goes on or do I glue the window on and the push the reveal molding on after. I'm not sure if the reveal molding is supposed to be suspended in the urethane.

Maybe when I take off the old windshield it will make sense but any suggestions appreciated.
