Getting rid of hyper flash with LED turn signals
I have a 2006 Chevrolet Express 3500 that I want to install LED taillights and turn signals in. However, hyper flash has deterred me for a while. And now that I had two turn signal bulbs go out at the same time, I figured there’s no time like the present to go ahead and do it.
I suppose that I could use load resistors. But because of the van using the bright turn signal filament for the DRL, I am pretty sure that the resistors will get hot and even overheat. That being said, I have been unable to find any other method of stopping hyper-flash as I cannot find any relay or turn signal module that does so. If anybody has ideas or a solution to fixing this, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Conrad.
