How difficult to swap 350 tbi from G20 to G20?

I have a rusty 1989 G20 conversion van with a good engine and transmission, but there's another 1990 G20 in very good condition that has a bad engine.
How difficult is this swap? Will I need another person or air tools? How much would it cost in a shop?
The 1990 would only be $1200 or so. It has a little bit of rust in front of the passenger wheel, but otherwise looks good. Mine is pretty bad, but no floor holes.
I really wouldn't have much time to do this job.
