Ok, so I tried car-part.com. 2 were rude, the Live Chat is "dead". And the ones I called regardless of distance didn't have the front seat, nor any part of it. LKQ, "nothing available" per the CSR that assisted me. I do what to thank you again though. I think it's time for a new van.

Odd that LKQ didn't have it. This is from car-part.com but it's a listing for LKQ. Car-part.com is very hit or miss because it's just a collection of data form lots of different yards some good some bad.

The one we have is 1500...which are listed by the dozens, but when I call, they don't have the parts. Go figure. I wish they would remove it from the listing if its not available.

What we have is a 2006, Chevrolet Express 1500 Base van. If the seats from the 2009 fit, or any other year than please advise. I'm sitting here looking at 2006 only. I know seats from other years may fit, but I have no idea which ones. Have searched that part of it. Doing it now.

Well that's part of the problem. You should be able to use any seat from any 1997-up van in there, unless they add seat airbags at some point. It's possible the 2003 up are different from 2002 back but they sure look the same. If there's a seat belt wire on it take the pigtail. You could even get seats from a cutaway van box truck.
Even if it has an armrest on the left side, just leave it folded up.
Like I said I could literally walk out with a dozen of them here and they only charge $25 a shot. But the shipping from NY to AZ would probably kill you.
I found that the only way to get the seat track off a 2002 seat was cut it in half, there was a bolt or something you could not access.
But I can't understand why you can't find one, that's about the last thing to go out of one of these.

Reason I couldn't find one was because everyone I went to told they didn't have them in stock or those seats were no longer existent. I figured they just didn't want to do their jobs. The listings were endless. Another reason is because I didn't know the seats from years after 2006 were compatible with the 2006. I had a feeling some would, but didn't know which. Now I do. And I appreciate your help and everyone else on this thread that have given suggestions, websites, their input....priceless. Thank you everyone!
