is this a normal amount of oil for 2008 6.0 vortec intake?
going to try to post some pics next but none of them came out great
this is on my 2008 chevy express 3500 with 97,000 miles on it
runs great but am replacing the radiator and fan clutch so had everything apart and thought I should clean the throttle body
have only driven this maybe 3000-3500 miles since I got it and does not seem to use any oil , not sure if this year motor would be past any oil usage issues they had?
and does this have a pcv valve or not? guess I will replace it to be safe if it does, not sure when they did away with those?
to get the pics I turned the key in the ignition and put a block on the gas pedal so it would open
how far back can I spray this with the throttle body cleaner? can I use a long screwdriver with the a towel sprayed with the cleaner and try to get all the way in the back or should I just focus on trying to clean mostly around the flap?
it seems just like a film of oil but it not super thin film of oil, probably never been cleaned

That doesn't look that bad. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Don't spray too much.
