Default Odometer help needed

Hi ,

The odometer on my Chevy G30 1993 van stopped working. The fun part is i never noticed since is purchased from another owner.. after1 month i noticed the mileage remains the same .,. haha .. what a dumb fellow i am!
Took out the Guage cluster panel and removed the Odometer from it .. i can turn the machnical wheels and everyhting looks good. So not sure why its not working when put back in vahicle.
The question i have is .. how do i test manually the odometer if its working or not? What power supply equipment i need to trun it on in test/lab mode. Hope you get my questions.
On the same side .. i have attached the pictures. Can someone help me understand the circled parts and how to power supply them manually?

Appreciate any help.

Thanks.

How to power supply this one?

What is the use of the circle ones?

How to power supply to test this one?
