power loss

power loss
Greetings all
Maybe someone can help 2000 chevy express van 1500 it's a full size conversion van. When the vehicle is warmed up going up hills It loses power until i get on flat ground or of course down hill, I had the tranny checked changed the fluids at transmission shop AAmco
everything turned out fine ran ok for a few weeks and right back to the same problem ,I'm really thinking it's the tranny any ideas out there .

Does your Service Engine Soon light ever come on when going uphill? My 2001 Explorer conversion will do this from time to time, I notice a slight decrease in power as well. Once the top of the hill is reached, the SES light will go off within 5 minutes.
