PRN321 fuse

PRN321 fuse
I installed an Atoto head unit and thought I screwed something up, van would start and quickly die. I noticed the gear display was not on. Fuse panel shows fuse #19 as radio B and #20 as transmission. When I reinstalled #19 gear display lit up and van started, radio played. 2001 Chevy express 3500 350 auto, converted to Roadtrek RV.
Is this something I should be concerned about or just a misprint?

Roh roh. I assumed my van would not start with fuse #19 pulled. So leaving the van for a week I pulled fuse and assumed I had a van that would not start. Forgot about fuse pulled and van started right up with no gear display! Hope the van not starting was a quirk the first time.
