Default Question for the Pros'

2001 Chevy Express w. Vortec V6. I use it as my daily work van ( I have 2 of them). Yesterday I noticed the coolant dropping in volume...No leak under the car. I have heard of issues with the Intake Manifold gasket failing. Parked the van, and drained the oil!!! Orange coolant mixed in! Do you guys think it's already too late for the engine (head gasket)- or just the manifold gasket needs to be replaced? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Was the oil like a foam or milk shake? If not, you probably got it in time. Either way, all you can do is change the oil and fix the leak(then change it again).

Let us know.
