Here’s a review of All Computer Resources. I have bought I think 3 computers from them in the last 2 years. One which happened to be for my daughter’s van went out 3 months ago. They sent me another one, said the lifetime warranty is no longer good. The problem comes with their technical help. You have to submit a claim online before you can talk to someone. I have submitted 4 claims online which 3 were acknowledged by an email but it has been almost a month and still have not talked to someone. I finally got a unless email that was an instruction paper that came with the part. It has been 5 days since I replied to the email and still no answer or call back. This is unacceptable and will never do business with them again.
