Howdy Forum,

Just picked up this beauty (Sorry no picture yet, can't figure out how to add one from my phone). 90' G20 350 with 160,000 on her. Not bad for only $500 It's currently not running however I am not getting fuel to the injectors due to the fuel pump not priming. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and the pump with a new sock. I hope I didn't mess up the sending unit because I do not want to have to drop the tank again. If anyone has a suggestions let me know.

Hi guys

just got a '05 3500 Express 6.0liter to serve as a tow rig for my race trailer.

Just starting the mods but here is the list so far:

4" lift from Boulder Offroad Vans
18x9 -12 offset KMC Monster
275/65-18 Hankook Dynapro ATM tires

to do:
bumper and winch
roof rack
mirrors that stick out wider to see around my trailer and get rid of the mirror extensions

Very cool. How will you manage a bumper and winch?

Not sure yet, I think I may build a winch mount behind the OE bumper and run a brush guard. I dont really need a beefy bumper but would like to be able to do some self recovery in the event of a stupid decision. I have 12000lb winch laying around here that is too big for my 4-runner

Default New here

Just joined today. I am new to the van world after selling my 1990 Silverado Blazer 2-door that I used as a mini-motorhome by removing the rear seat and replacing it with a 3/4 sized mattress. Used it for years like that and covered most of the country in it. Finally my wife rebelled and wanted more room, so she found me a 2001 Chevrolet Express 1500 passenger conversion van with only 65K on it on the internet only 6 hours away. Drove over, looked at it, test drove it, and bought it the same day. Got it in October and made a frame for the mattress and working on converting it into our new mini-motorhome. Love working on it and repairing the little defects. Must get a service manual soon. Love it, as it rides and drives so much smoother and better than my old Blazer. More pictures later as I make more improvements. I love all the old G models many of you have as they remind me of my old Blazer. Love to see all the modifications others are making to their vans.
