timing chain question

Greetings gents!
I have a 2002 Express 3500 van with a 5.7L and 230k on the odometer. This van is my work van and used primarily on the interstate for long distance commutes (usually 1-2 hour drives). once the job is complete, I am again on the road headed home.
It has ladders, bins and usually around 400-600lbs. of supplies on any given day.
Maintenance is very routine and my foot is always gentle on the pedal. I also do not tow with her.
Question: Given the above information, at what point should I consider a timing chain swap?
Thanks
