Van codes P0001, P0002 and P0003
I have a 2001 chevy express 2500 van. experiencing loss of power on acceleration and going up hill. codes P0001, P0002 and P0003. Replaced EGR valve with no change. Taken to 2 shops and can't locate issue.
All my research is pointing towards a fuel volume regulator control circuit? Never heard of it.
Anyway engine light comes on intermittently. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The engine light is likely for the lean issues causes by the lack of fuel volume.
You have issues with the regulator which is under the intake. Sucks.
I had similar symptoms in performance when I got a bad tank of fuel at a gas station. It plugged my filter so bad that under anything more than half throttle acceleration it would lean out and be gutless. Once I got through half of that tank, I put on a new filter, and some fuel system cleaner. Been fine ever since.
You might want to stat with the basics before tackling the top end of the motor.
Get a new filter, and a good brand of system cleaner, and see if that helps. Once you get off the old filter, see how much resistance there is in blowing air through it....mine was almost fully plugged.
