What is this connection located under the passenger seat of my 2015 Express 3500 2LS, can't find it in section 3 of the manual?

Red with a White wire indicates Fused Positive Battery Power.

I am going to make the educated guess that that is for a Power Seat (even though the connector is different in my year of van). That wire will not actually have a Fuse. It will be protected by a 25 Amp Circuit Breaker. Which in turn is protected by the 60 Amp under the hood Main Power Fuse.

I think he's right.

I initially dismissed that idea, because I don't have passenger power seat, and I don't have a connector for it. It's possible they standardized it in later years.

It would depend on your build package. They likely only have two or three different wiring harnesses. If you have an option that requires an "LS" or "LT" harness as opposed to a "WT" harness then you will likely have wire leads and connectors for options that you do not have.

Oh... I just noticed those fancy seat base bolt covers. I do not have those.
