Default soot

ok i checked the points & plugs looked ok ,,,i think he had the spark plug wires on wrong ,,,a 6 cyl and he had them wrong,,, i wired it by the firing order and it seems to be running better,,,i had to leave right after i did it so ill keep you informed ,,,

Default black soot

ok it must of been the two wires wrong cause its running like a singer sewing machine again....whoda thunk it ..thanks guys might of been a combination of everything i did ...

anyone needing a 389 pontiac engine and tranny its in a 64 pontiac catalina and can hear run ..slim jim tranny ...im wanting 1000 for the whole car ,frame is shot,interior is shot ,,all glass is good ..
