Gage lights do not light ,head light high bean works, turn signal arrows work,battery light works but instrument lights for speedometer, fuel level temp gages don't light.
PUT ALL NEW BULBS AND HOLDERS IN BOARD AND CIRCUIT ON BOARD CHECKS OUT.
Does all the lights have power on at all times when ignition switch is on and lights are turned on by grounding when headlights are turned on?

 

Have you tested to be sure that power gets to the wires for the gauges?

 

I thinks if it looks good and runs great I'd say around $1250.00.
The chances of an '87 Chevy still having good paint and interior is slim.,.
