When I turn the parking lights on or full light package on the dash lights go off. Also the right rear speaker started to crackle and pop like it what blowen so I replace speaker thinking it was blowen and the speaker is still crackling and popping. Could I have ground wire that is loose or what?

 

Is there any time your dash lights actually work? If they aren't turning on completely, it could be a bulb. As for the crackle or pop, it could be a lot of things. Are you running an amp? Aftermarket stereo? You could take it in to the closest best buy and try to con them into looking at the stereo for free
It could also be your antenna, try some aux input or something other than the regular radio.
