Exclamation 1996 K1500 rear brake hang up

I have a 1996 K1500, 4WD, 5.7L engine in which the back brake it tightening up on its own. I have a bad parking brake cable and one day accidently set it and the brakes didnt release all the way. I went into the brake assembly and made sure everything was free and not hanging up. It seemed to work for a couple days and then the rear passanger brake started to hang up to the point where i had to push 2000 rpms to get the truck to roll. I loosened up the brake and it worked and now the same brake is beginning to tighten up again. I dont know what to do because i just replaced the brakes about a month ago

Replace the brake lining material is recommended to maintain the balance between front and rear brake performance. Replacement brake parts have been carefully selected to provide the proper brake balance for the purposes of stopping distance and control over the full range of operating conditions. You are better to check with an automotive expert for brake line adjustment.
