Default 1998 K1500 5.7L Engine Misfire

I have a 98 k1500 that I bought over a year ago and I am having misfire issues. The first time this happened I replaced the cap, rotor, plug wires and plugs and it took care of the problem. It then happened again a few months later so I replaced the plugs again and it solved the issue. Now this time it did it again and I replaced the plugs and the problem was not solved. I plugged in a scan tool and it was telling me multiple misfires, plugged cats, bad o2 sensors and bad crank and camshaft sensors. when I put the truck in gear it jerks and shakes and when its under a load going down the road it back fires. people are telling me to try the best top notch plugs or I might have a head gasket bad.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? the truck has 191,xxx miles on it. id appreciate any help given!
