2007 Avalanche Headlight adjustment

I had a leveling kit installed and headlights could use adjusting a bit. I can't for the life of me figure out how HELP anyone?

if you look down around the headlights there should be a torques bit looking stud sticking up, that is the adustment, you can fit a 1/4 inch socket on it if you dount have an inverted torques bit.
