Unhappy 2011 Chevy Cruz overheating and burning the oil.

About 4 or 5 months ago I noticed that my car was making funny noises and idiling very weird. After about a month I realized the coolant resivor was bone dry. Since then the coolant level has not dropped and the engine is overheating, which makes the fan run constantly when you have the A/C on. I took the car to autozone and ran a free diagnostic. It came out the the intake manifold needed replaced. The car is blowing white smoke from the exhaust when accelerating and the engine is getting very hot. The oil was changed a month ago and it is already gone. Since the car is getting so hot I'm afraid that the head gasket is blown. No coolant seems to be leaking under the car. Need some help to verify what the problem is so I can try to fix it ASAP.

Sounds like a head gasket and a critically sick motor. IMO if you are going to save this motor, you need a good mechanic and should not be driving it again until fixed
