45 and 51 pickup fram difference?

45 and 51 pickup fram difference?
does anyone know if there are any major differences between the Frame on a 41-47 Chevy pickup and a 47-52 pickup? Can i replace the 45 frame with a 51 frame? Need to change frame because the whole frame is rusted out.
