5.3 to 6.0 Swap

Has anyone swapped out a 5.3 for a 6.0? Have to replace 5.3 in an 07 Avalanche. Understand that a 6.0 LQ4 will bolt right in. Are there any issues to prevent this? Clearance space, electric connections, computer issues?
