5.3 swap to 6.0.?

5.3 swap to 6.0.?
-Make: Chevy
-Model and Year Model: 2001 Silverado 1500
-Drivetrain Layout: 4WD
-Engine Size: 5.3 v8
-Body Style: extended cab
Backstory: my chevy has 330,155 miles on it and I just replaced the original transmission. so I was looking in to replacing the motor because the current one is starting to bog down a little to much. I was talking to a motor company and they offered to pull out the old 5.3 and put the 6.0 from the 2001 1500hd into the truck, reprogram the cpu replace any, and all unserviceable parts for 6,000, or just put another 5.3 in for 4,000. this company has really great reviews.
Question: what will need to be done to the truck to put in the 6.0? is there any frame, body, or suspension work that will need to be done?
